art pieces so affordable?

Gallery is the direct importer of these magnificent art pieces. Along with
our low overhead, limited number of employees, and the use of PayPal payment service, we are able to limit our cost, thus savings are passed on to our customers.
Expect to pay from $300 to $500 at the retail store, that is if you are able to
find these unique designs in such large dimensions.
What are your refund policy?
West Coast Gallery truly believe that you will be satisfied with our
product. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, less 20% re-stocking fee.
There are a few minor cracks on the stained glass. Is it damaged?
During the making of these panels a few minor
hair line cracks MAY happen during the crafting of each piece. These are common
in large stained glass artwork and does not affect the integrity of the art piece. The
art pieces are not in perfect or mint condition as it was made to give
the art pieces a vintage effect.
Can I remove the wood frame and put my own custom frame?
The stained glass piece can be safely removed from the original frame. We recommend you take it to a professional framer if you decide to put the art piece in your own custom
frame.
Do you make custom panels?
Quantities
of less than 100 units
At this time, we are unable
to accommodate custom orders for quantities of less than 100
units.
However, our
stained glass windows panels may generally have their frames removed by
professional framers if you wish to customize the art piece in anyway. Please contact your local framing company for such
services.

I am looking for specific size/dimension of window panels and do not see any
on your site.
Many of our
stained glass window panels are framed. The dimensions indicated on our
website are the sizes of the finished product.
The frames on
the window panels can be removed by professional framers, therefore decreasing
the indicated sizes by approximately 2" - 3" all around. By
reframing a window panel with a wider or narrower frame, this will increase or
decrease the finished size of the art piece, allowing this to accommodate any
size/dimensions you may be looking for. Please
contact your local framing company for such services.
Please note
that some of our abstract pieces can be hung either vertically or horizontally
by simply changing the location of the hanging brackets. The hanging
brackets can be easily installed by a professional framer or by yourself.
How safe is PayPal payment service?
Our site uses PayPal to process all orders. PayPal provides a high level of
security for payment on the web. The security of your information, transactions,

Why do you only accept credit card payments via
PayPal?
In order to reduce cost to keep our prices low, we prefer to use PayPal as our
main payment method for credit cards.
Do I need to
sign up with PayPal to use the payment system?
No. PayPal
does not require you to sign up for an account. You can
simply make payment for purchases on our website upon check out.
Can I pay with check or money order?
Yes. We accept check and money order for
buyers who prefer not to
