30 Day Return Policy
West Coast Gallery would like our customers to be assured of their
purchases. Any item purchased from us can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the art piece less 20%
restocking fee.
The item must be in its original condition and repackaged.
Shipping Time
All items are shipped via ground transportation. Please expect 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Extra charges may apply for shipments outside of the continental USA. Please
e-mail us for rates.
Billing
All credit card payment is processed and will be displayed on your credit card statement as such.
Shipping Damage
If an item is received damaged, do not refuse the item. Determine the extent of the damage and note this with the delivery person and on the delivery invoice, then call or
e-mail us within 24 hours.
We will contact UPS or FedEx damage control center to pick up the damaged item to process
a claim and file any damage claims
as necessary.
